Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders of AED 800 or more qualify for free shipping across the UAE.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders below AED 800 incur a shipping fee of AED 100.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–4 business days. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

  • We deliver to all major cities in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Order Processing:

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking information once your order ships.

  • If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods:

  • We use reliable courier services. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.

  • For large or heavy items, we may use specialized delivery services. You will be notified if special delivery arrangements are required.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information.

  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Address changes may delay delivery.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier will make delivery attempts as per their standard procedure. If you are not available, the courier will leave a notice with rescheduling instructions.

  • If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged:

    • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged

    • Take photos of any damage

    • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos and order details

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • If you are located outside the UAE, contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss potential shipping arrangements.
